After understanding the clients’ needs and priorities and sketch is produced. When producing the Sketch the following Design Considerations are incorporated.

Using all the design considerations, an elegant design is developed sympathetic to its surroundings.

We ensure the design brief has been addressed, traffic ability and taking into consideration all statutory requirements.
Budget
Contract prices reflecting today’s current market, combined with years of experience allows us to design within a realistic estimated construction cost. A balance between structure and aesthetical design is considered in regards to the estimated client budget.
Sustainable Design
All SKT designs are created in accordance with current energy efficient regulations. At SKT, we are also open to and encouraging of environmentally thoughtful design techniques and material selections, such a solar passive design, thermal mass and cross ventilation to further maximise the sustainability of the design.

3D visualization
3D can be developed upon request. Detailing can vary from a 3D concept to assist in visualising the building in 3D with its surrounds right through to heavily detailed Artists Impressions suitable for billboard advertisement.
