This was a project to modernist and existing period home. Creating contemporary open plan living while respecting the existing period façade.

A racked ceiling was incorporated to improve the contemporary aspect of the dwelling while increase the volume of area with a challenging sized block. The block size mean that design needed to be as economical as possible utilizing a smart design techniques such as European laundry and gallery kitchen.
